
Inspired by the 1960’s era Monte Carlo Dash-mounted chronograph manufactured by Heuer, this efficient and stylish timekeeping instrument accompanied F1 superstar and Tag Heuer ambassador Lewis Hamilton as he challenged the field in the 2009 season.

Now let’s see what dial the Formula 1 Grande Date displays to us. The dial looks sporty yet elegant. Three big luminescent Arabic numerals: 3, 9 12, along with luminescent indexes, lacquered skeleton hands on the black dial perfectly complete good readability. The “Grande Date” window inside the seconds subdial lies at 6 o’clock. The Monochrome TAG Heuer logo are placed below 12 o’clock with “TAG HEUER FORMULA 1” and “200 METERS PROFESSIONal” lettering on its right and left.
It is time to turn to the case. The case is crafted in fine brushed stainless steel and measures 44mm in diameter. View from the side, you will find the resistant titanium carbide coated “Easy Grip” screw-in crown with raised fine-brushed TAG Heuer logo.The circular steel fine-brushed screwed case back with checked decoration.
Animating the TAG Heuer Formula 1 Grande Date timepiece is a highly precise quartz movement controlled by a battery. The timepiece can be obtained on a matching stainless steel bracelet with an diving extension and a double safety clasp, or a textured rubber strap bearing the TAG Heuer signature
