A timeless masterpiece has been added to Audemars Piguet Classic Collection. Offered in white or rose gold case, the Jules Audemars Automatic Chronograph is classic yet contemporary.
Jules Audemars Automatic Chronograph is animated by an exclusive AP 3124/3841 caliber based on the AP 3120automatic movement and features design. Made up of 400 individual parts, this modular chronograph movement utilizes the 3120 base caliber which Audemars Piguet debuted in 2004. This movement's technical characteristics include a generous 60-hour power reserve, a free-sprung variable inertia balance, and an adjustable balance bridge for optimum stability. A massive bi-directional winding rotor in 22K gold, engraved with the family crests of the Audemars and Piguet families assures efficient winding on the wrist. The many fine decorative nuances of the 3124/3841, which include perlage on the mainplate and Cotes de Geneve on the bridges, can be admired through a sapphire crystal caseback.
Employing the vintage design of early 20th century style, the dial perfectly presents a fine mix of classic elegance and contemporary sporty beauty, whether it is the eggshell color and pure white. The black Breguet-style Arabic numerals coupled with a pair of recessed subdials makes the watch face dynamic. Besides, the round smooth bezel, two small circular subdial and a 60 minute scale present a more roundish appearance.
The water resistance of the timeless timepiece is 20 meter. And it is completed by brown or black crocodile leather strap with 18k rose gold or white gold AP folding clasp.
