If you observe Rolex watches carefully, you will find that some marks on the feet of 18k gold case. Here I will tell you what marks will appear on the four feet of 18k Rolex watches.

 1. The foot at 1 o’clock position
On this foot is a dog with exaggerated large ears or a profile of a woman. Actually, the woman is a goddess of Switzerland called “Helvetic Metohija”. The profile of the goddess means the 18k gold case is made in Switzerland.

2. The foot at 5 o’clock position
Most of the cases, this foot has no marks. If it does have, it will be Rolex logo Crown. Sometimes the logo is located in the middle of small circle.

3. The foot at 7 o’clock position
There is a mark of balance on the foot at 7 o’clock position. The pattern is small and complicated but very clear.

4. The foot at 11 o’clock position
On this foot is the mark of 18k or 750. These two marks mean the same but can not be used at the same time on this foot. The 18k and 750 marks applies to all cases made of gold, rose gold, pink gold white gold or two tone gold.
