Recently Breitling has released the Chronomat 01Diamondwork which contains two versions-19 carat white gold and rose gold. As its name suggests, the theme of the new Chronomat 01 is diamond. Under such theme, although these two new timepieces aren’t the first diamond studded version of the Chronomat 01 watches, they do include the highest priced version.
To tell you the truth, I prefer the white gold version in the Chronomat 01 Diamondwork. The diamonds are every where on the rose gold version. In my view it overdo it. On top of that I don’t like the color of the strap of the rose gold version. I have to confess that the color of the strap really match the rose gold watch on the whole. But It is not my cup of tea. As for the white gold version, it is great in design and color matching. The white gold case without diamonds looks smooth and solid. And the diamonds on the bezel and markers perfect the watch in design. The green strap is eye-catching, doing a good job in adding freshness to the diamondwork. Anyway, this is just my opinion. Let’s move to the quality and performance of Chronomat 01 Diamondwork.
The automatic chronograph COSC Chronometer certified calibre 01 movement inside the timepieces is the first of its kind-being wholly developed and produced by Breitling in-house. This achievement is always a major step for watch brand, helping to assert their credibility among dedicated mechanical enthusiasts. Thanks to the clear, uncluttered layout of the dial and hands, the Chronomat 01 is one of Breitling’s easiest to read chronograph models.
The unique and amazing case and dial are gilded with valuable materials, but it retain the modern Breitling DNA that defines the core model collection. As you can see in the picture, the unidirectional rotating bezel is characterized by precious stones arranged in three rows and cambered hour-markers accentuated by four slightly larger diamonds. Highlighted by the fabulous bezel, the mother-of –pearl dial features bewitching hour markers embellished with double diamonds.
Distinctive design, exceptional movement, sparkling diamonds, the Breitling Chronomat 01 Diamondworks are definitely stunning wrist watches as well as envy-worthy jewelry piece.
